Just got to gods country. Heading to the local bar and grill for the best club sandwich I've ever had, along with a few brews.

It really was good. I'm guessing Dong Phuong or Hi Do for the bread.

To my surprise, the bar isn't even that crowded. This place is typically packed when they start serving crawfish. Enjoying a few beers first.

Pay attention to Dandy, he is Spanish and they love food like no other culture. It is their culture.

Forget it, I´m going to have to find the product from last week. Once they started cooking, I saw they were different, and they are.

The other was more like a beef steak in consistency, this meat is definitely ´third rate´type rib meat.

I´m not happy with the outcome (unlike last week). The sauce is pretty good, does need thickening (unlike last week, as the cut of meat segregated a solidifying agent, and this, well, it´s a bit watery).

Don´t get me wrong, today´s is good, but is pretty mundane.

I´ll rack my brain and try to reproduce that of last weeks, and post for you.

Were Glass to get someone to post his culinary enjoyment, we´d have a deliriously intoxicating list of da bestest of da bestest.

Cheers, Glass.

I made egg rolls again. Mine kicked Coolio's Soul Rolls to the curb! I marinated chicken thighs in Dale's steak seasoning(black cap), Lawry's teriyaki with pineapple. I sautéed the chicken in the marinade on the stove. I rolled the chicken, cabbage and cheese. I then reduced the marinade with corn syrup and brown sugar. It was awesome.
