FG: 42%
3PT: 39%
FT: 84%
PPG: 9.6 (11.1 Last 10)

What does unequivocally mean? Maybe I'm missing something here.

Corey brewer and martell Webster are better served coming off the benc

Aminu:

FG: 46%
3PT: 22%
FT: 76%
PPG: 7.5
RPG: 7.1 (9.3 last 9)
MPG: 26.4

so because Webster is a better shooter, he is unequivocally a starter while Aminu, even though he is an elite rebounder at SF, is not a long term option?

Brewer yes, Webster I think would be fantastic as a starter.

Out of curiosity, who do you want as your starting 3?

Neither of us listed turnovers, Webster commits only 1.3, how many does Aminu commit?

Yes, or draw up some reasonable trade.

webster is a better offensive player but he isnt anything special. he also isnt the defensive player aminu is or could become.

Im not drawing up a trade since it will be mocked regardless.

I really like Dorell Wright. Id actually like to bring in him and a guy like Brewer/Webster.

I really like Iggy but I would need to see how things play out.

Dude can play some D. Not a terrible offensive game, and pretty cheap

I like Budinger. Seems like, for the price it would take to get Iggy, who is playing pretty poorly on offense right now and getting up there in age, we could bring in Budinger, extend Aminu, and bring in a backup PG like JJ. Not that I'd complain if we went after Iguodala, but that's a better option unless we have a lot of faith in Rivers stepping up. Iggy's contract would also be harder to move in 3 years when we have to extend the likes of EG/Davis/Ryno than would be Budinger's.

I think Iggy is going to exercise his player option, so it doesn't really matter.

I would love to go after Josh Smith and then fill out the roster with top-tier d-leaguers (your Brian Roberts, Lance Thomas etc.), but if that pipe dream doesn't happen, next best thing would be getting a guy like Webster for $6-8M and then bring in a good backup PG and C.

What would be considered a good option?

It's not like we could go after a Lebron or Durant even if they were free agents this offseason.

If he were to come back here, he would be the 4th scoring option (like Aminu is now) and would be an upgrade on the defensive end.

When he has been motivated, Aminu is arguably as good or better defensively. He's a much better rebounder than Ariza and with our bigs who don't rebound well, that is crucial to our defense. When his head is in the game, Aminu is arguably an elite defender.
