Yeah, I used it for a while then stopped. I had to stop exercising...well, chose to stop, temporarily because I had some medical issues...which is why the weight thing came up.
I was having chest issues that were related to blood pressure last year. Well, right after Christmas, they started again, only my BP is fine. So, I did a stress test. I get the results next week. I think I did fine, but I wanted to be sure because heart disease is on both sides of my family (my dad actually passed away due to this) so I figured I needed to get on top of this anyway. Once the dr tells me I'm good, i'll start P90X again and work my way into Insanity. I'm determined to drop that next 30.
Sorry its so long, but I just wanted to share with my e-buds.
