I'm making broiled catfish with a 4 hour Indian spice marinade and rice. Total experiment.
Should be ready in half an hour.
Lucy will have choice of that or:
Chicken Salad Sammich
Gumbo defrosted

I ran out of corn bread. Gotta make some more tomorrow.

I'm thinking about making grits for the fridge. I need a 5 a.m. carbo before going off to Starbucks since I swore off their oat meal. It tastes crappy.

The girls agree and they are all into Zach's 3rd person singular.

Aerial: "Hi, how are you doing?"
Me: "Zach is doing well. How is Aerial?"
Aerial: "Aerial is great. She will now make Zach's Espresso."
Me: "Zach thanks you."

Probably gonna do Waffle House since Mrs. Wales is out of town. Kids seem to enjoy it. May convince them to do chickfila instead.

Mexican food before week #2's class of child birth preparedness. I hope I don't lost my Mexican during the child birth portion.

Are you one of those old every day coffee shop guys?

I'm amused by them when I go to the coffee shop every finals week.

Leftover gumbo but also threw a little pork loin on the kamado just to do some testing.
