Crazy they are still out of the playoffs, I guess they did lose 4 of those 12 but still.

It feels like 90% of the games they have lost have been by a goal. Love this team though.

According to Sports Club Stats, the Caps double their chances of making the playoffs tonight.

Caps are two games into the stretch of seven games against teams on the playoffs bubble (six on the road), ending the day before the deadline. This is pretty much the season.

2 games, 2 wins, 4 points. 5 games to go and now 3 points out of the playoffs. Also, these were the first two games of the season that the Caps had their projected top line and top pairing available. Welcome back Green and Laich.

I'm going to say the Caps lose to NYR, PHI, CAR to finish these 5 games.
