ULL wants UNLV new stadium

For fun I admit I sometimes troll the delusional ULL message board. Pretty funny stuff over there. With 2 New Orleans bowl championships behind them the Tiger hating fan base wants big bucks to be spent on stadium expansion and improvements. Forget they only average less than 20,000 attendance per game, they say if they build a 60,000 plus stadium, all seats will be filled. No wonder they can't figure out what name to call themselves . Reality and sound judgment is no consideration for the Lafayette fan base.

I think you are more obsessed with the Cajuns then they are of you. Are you an LSU graduate? If so, why are you so bothered? The only place UL can compare favorably with LSU is in the Liberal Arts faculties.

I'm a ULL fan. I am not delusional.
ULL and LSU have nothing to do with each other when it comes to athletics.
I see it as major leagues and minor leagues.
I love the Cajuns, but I don't get all the hate from ULL to LSU and vice-versa.

They need to renovate that stadium, but adding more seats is stupid IMO. I would say expand if they were selling out cajun field, but they aren't. Not even close.

They want to add seats in the end zone. If you have ever been to a home game, there are thousands of fans who sit on the hills in each end zone. It just looks a little better with seating there IMO.
