Damn, I specifically came into this thread to see your meltdown.

None needed. Now SS in color...I'm burning a house down somewhere.

This...it's a common trope, at least common since the movie was released. Nothing wrong the story.

And I like the Star Wars universe.

And Kurosawa inspired it. It all makes sense.

Not at all. Clearly a remake. Some liberties in the story were taken but it's the same story.

did anyone care to read the article?

Snyder himself has debunked this. I guess you didn't get to the bottom of it.

FROM THE ARTICLE (last line):

quote:

UPDATED: To be fair, Borys Kit is now reporting that Snyder's camp denies any involvement with "Star Wars" and says, without qualification, that Snyder is not developing the movie that Vulture wrote about this morning.

quote:

But in an exclusive statement to The Hollywood Reporter, Snyder's spokesperson says: "While he is super flattered because he is a huge fan, Zack is not involved in any way with the new Star Wars. He is currently in post on his two films, Man of Steel and 300: Battle of Artemisia.”
