They good smoked too. Just like you would chicken. I brine'em overnight then smoke em. Don't get to hunt them much, so not as much experience cooking pheasant.

That's the two ways I've cooked them. Last time I fried some. I did it whole like a turkey. Really good smoked though. Especially if wrapped in bacon.

Barbequed some one time, from what I remember it was good, but Iz really hungry and drunk.

I've actually never eaten pheasant, but I've got 3 fellas watching over me in my house that look pretty tasty.

They are tasty. Next time I get some I'm gonna try drunk pheasant. Get one of those little beer cans to shove up its arse and cook it.

They are awesome to grill. Just do as you would chicken. Pretty hard to mess up. Good luck.

They do get dry. I recommend brining or injecting before cooking.

I have killed and cooked them a few times...like them a hell of a lot, but they will dry out quickly...

first round, just cook them like you would boneless chicken breasts and you will be fine...maybe some type of stew or something like that..

I have always wanted to put some on the smoker, but have never had the nerve...

Make a gumbo with them, then remove the pheasant.
