Netflix not working on Xbox

When I go to it, it goes to a red screen with Netflix in the middle. It wont do anything else. Anyone else had this problem?

I don't think it's that because I can't get in. It works on my computer just not Xbox. Is there a way to delete then re install it?

trying loggin into your netflix online. go to your account settings. delete all autorized devices.
should make you re-enter your info next time you log into netflix on your xbox. maybe this will help?

I've had the same problem, still haven't found a solution (although I haven't really looked for one...)

i have had the same problem since i switched boxes and carried over my hard drive. i would go back to my old xbox but for some reason my wifi and ethernet plug cant pick up internet signal.
i have searched all over and havnt found anyone mention this problem on with netflix. for what it worth im glad im not alone

from the netflix website. i know reminds me of an old Nintendo cheat code
ok so i got it working this is what i did
1. go to your account on netflix.com and clear all devices
2. go to xbox system setting/storage and delete anything that has to do with netflix on every type of storage you have.
3. once deleted, go back to storage selector and press (Y ?) for device options and clear cache for every storage device that had netflix or clear cache for each one in general.
4. download netflix again
5. profit
