I will be in London in early February, and I really want to see a game. I think I want to go to the Arsenal v. Stoke game on the 2nd, but don't really know how to go about buying tickets other than simply googling for it.

Anyone know of the best site or way to get the cheapest tickets for the game??

this, they don't really have the same kind of secondary market over there that they do here.

No, a friend found some Chelsea tickets for me earlier this year. I had to meet some guy, pay someone else in a different spot, and go back to the guy and pick up the tickets. It all seemed shady at the time. It all worked out though.

I pulled out the money to pay when I first met the guy and he freaked out and told me to put it back in my pocket.

It was a friend of a friend. I didn't know them, but my friend did. I wouldn't have done that with a random person. The guy was selling season tickets for people that couldn't go. I had to take the season pass back after the game. I guess I could've robbed them if I wanted to.

You can get Chelsea tickets if you join the "True Blue" membership with Chelsea, then buy tickets on viagogo.com.
