You can special order it, and you'll pay about $50 more than the price of the pre-packaged ones in the store.

ETA:
Also, from the different models they had for choices, the only double cylinder models required drilling through the door to mount the handle. That's why I haven't installed mine yet as the one I'm replacing didn't require that.

It is a fire code thing. If you have a contractor building your house by law he's not suppose to install it. You will have to buy it separate and do it yourself.

All the deadbolts in our house are keyed on both sides. Including the one with the vertical handle on the front door.
