Tech Board question: Why the hell is youtube so slow these days?

I have atleast 12 to 15mb cox cable (yea i am poor) but there is no reason that I know of that would cause 360p setting on youtube to buffer like a summabitch.
Anyone else know what is going down ?

Just went and watched a video in 720p, no problem whatsoever.
ETA: Hell, I just went a found another HD video and switched it to 1080p. Still perfect. My internet rules.

I have 16 meg internet and run into problems sometimes on YouTube, some vids are just fine, others are slow as shite.

Youtube sucks sometimes. Whenever I am wired it is perfectly fine, but whenever I go wireless on my tablet or phone it buffers all the time. Its funny because the the hi-res ads will not pause for buffering but the video I am watching will.
