I gave up on ESPN rankings years ago. I remember Chad Jones was the number one ranked safety on both Rivals and Scout (top 15 player overall) but wasn't in the ESPN top 150 and was the 21st ranked safety. Don't know who does their rankings but it has never been very accurate
