What you gonna braise in that 4.5 qt? I was REALLY tempted by the lil Staub I saw at TJ Max yesterday

All nice stuff. I just have all my stuff in Le Creuset red. I have that 9 quart and make jambalaya in it all the time. Enjoy!

Looks like I will be working fully on cookware next year as I'm golden on knives for a while. Might add a few more to fill up the bag. What can I say, my chefs swear by Japanese steel.
