Here is my take, people argue that LM is to conservative on offense d/t our defense being so good and he does not want to take risks on offense to lose the game. It is argued that this way of thinking is because he is gun shy after Lee was thrown into it after RP was dismissed. Well 2013 he will have a young unproven defense he will not be able rely on as he has done the past few years. So in my opinion he will have to have a wide open offense. If it does not happen this year it never will.

Bash away!!

Miles won't change. He will come out and say the defense needs to score more....they had a bad 2012.

I agree with your post, except for the quote.

You are correct about the defense. LSU can't lean on them as much.

But the offense needs to be more consistent and QB play has to be more efficient. A balanced attacked with a power running game; QB8 needs to hit some deep balls to open things up.

Miles is too pig headed to change anything! Expect the same old shite year after year. Without a defense we will be 7&5 or 8&4next year!

I agree with you here. I think the play calling needs to be more creative. I think with out the experienced D we will see it.

We have recruited well and alot of young players got PT last year so I don't think it will be as bad on D as some people are making it out to be. We will be young yes but I think we should still be good. I just we are inexperienced enough to have a change in offensive philosophy.

Got to get the running backs and tight ends more involved in the passing game. Dickson looked damn good in the Ole Miss game where they actually threw the ball to him, then diappeared again against Arkansas and Clemson. Where was he all year?

I got really excited after that game for the Tight Ends. I think the talent is there we just have to use them more. It can only help the running game and the wideouts if they have to account for the TE.

He will blame the young defense for the losses, even though anyone with a brain will see that the offense is the problem.
