It's not a long walk from Harrah's to the Arena, so I like it.

What are the differences, then? Their games seem very similar to me.

That's like saying Chris Paul and Vazquez's games are similar because they both pass well and can make 3 pointers.

Harden is the closest thing to Lebron James in the NBA. He is on another level in every aspect of the game compared to Eric Gordon.

And Im not trying to slight Gordon. Harden is that good.

Boom is still a douche though

I'd like to think Gordon and Harden are closer than Vasquez and CP3. I know that Harden is better than Gordon, but their play styles are similar.

Okay, now that's funny. Sorry, but comparing Harden to Lebron is way worse than any Gordon/Harden comparison. Are we going to compare him to Shaq next?

You went from:

quote:

What for?

Tonight is a good chance for you bees fans to get a glimpse of a young team that gets it done and doesn't rely on the 'we're young' crutch.

In this thread...

To this:

quote:

We would've lost to the Washington Generals tonight, probably our worse game of the season. It's very tough for a young team like we are to get ready to play against the worst team in the conference in front of a 40% full arena. One night after playing the Lakers... 21-15, I'll take it.

So which is it? Are you a young team who gets it done or a team that relies on the "we're young crutch", because from you're comments you're the latter whenever it's convenient for sure.

For a young team to beat Kobe Bryant's team. Yea I'd say so. I take it you aren't a psychologist.

Both obviously. Saying we're young becomes a crutch when used two or three times a week every week like the hornets fans use it. Not a crutch when used one every few weeks like in our case.

That's twice in two days, you say they got amped up to play the Lakers and beat Kobe Bryant's team because for a young team that's a big deal. Then you go on to say:

I would think that playing on the road in front of a 40% full arena is an advantage to the visiting team.

My point of this is that people were saying the "Hornets being young" excuse whenever they were missing Gordon. As it has shown, they are a completely different team with him back now. Saying Hornets' fans were using youth as a crutch is a flat out lie, the crutch was the fact that our best player hasn't been on the court until a couple weeks ago.

I would love to see how Rockets' fans would react if Harden wasn't on the court until a couple weeks ago, not to mention the Rockets' record.
