Bookmarking to try this for my 5 y.o. I bet they would freeze well and she could have one every time she begs me to make lasagna.

Those are cute. I bet they'd freeze well, also.

Agree. I'd have to eat three for a serving though.

Nice. Using that method you can get each piece nice and crispy. I love the end pieces and you can make 12 end pieces like that.

Never thought about making those. It would be great to have a few trays of those for a party.

Did your wife find that on Pinterest? My wife sends me stuff like that all the time. I'm very close to signing up for my own account. No homo, mainly for food ideas and some DIY projects.

I'd definitely use them for party food or a kids' party. Would be fun for an Italian food cocktail spread.

Nothing homo about Pinterest. It covers so many subjects and it's great to be able to organize things you find.

You must be kidding. She never cooks, won't eat anything leftover and thinks I'm the servant/cook.

Poor Zach.

I love hearing the tales of the food she won't eat.

My wife made these for New Years. She cooked them perfectly so the edges were crispy but the inside was still like lasagna. I liked them so much I asked her to make them again this week.

That looks like a good idea. I sometimes make potato gratins in muffin tins like that for he same reason... they are all end pieces!!!
