Initially you get kills and shoot down aircraft. The hard parts are:
SMAW: shoot down dragonfly
RPG: triple kill and shoot down aircraft
FHJ: destroy AGR, and shoot down 10 player controlled scorestreaks.

The AGR took me forever... All I can say is use blind-eye and start off by hitting it with an EMP-nade.
