Question about a line from a TV comedy, "2 hits, me hitting you..

obviously the old insult is "and you hitting the floor". There's some show (maybe Michael Scott from the office or someone in Arrested Development, but it's a comedy that's relatively "new") where a character has a different ending to the line. I can't frickin remember what it was but I remember busting out laughing at it. I know this is VERY vague and not very much help, but does anyone have any idea what it is or where it's from? This is driving me crazy.
