What is the diff between ctr and moe?

ctr has friction lock, so much less wobble. also has swivel mount if you have a sling

I ordered a spikes tactical fire control group, magpul stock from joe bobs
Lower parts kit from palmetto
ATIgun stocks has the buffer tube assembly.
Mako group had mags.
Dsgarms has mags.
That should get your lower built

I am looking too, lots of the parts I ordered are out of stock now.
