What are the pros and cons of the hub club? Trying to decide on what tickets to get.

Pro: Free food and drinks
easy to walk around, lot's of space

How does one go about getting these tickets? I went as part of a group once but didn't ask. I'd like to get them for the Kings game on 1-21.
