I can tell you that it is unreasonable to expect me to be able to check everyone's lineup each day, so keeping an eye on your opponent isn't a terrible thing to do. I think the only time it will be an issue is under the situation you brought up about sunday night games.

You have to roster a full starting lineup....or lose stats fir the day.
