I dunno, I watched the end of the game and the Bama guys sure seemed to be having a lot of fun.

Miles has never built a powerhouse. Saban has twice. Saban is having more fun.

fricking THIS. And the worst thing is if we change coaches (especially head and OC) we're in the same boat they are.

I'm saying it harder to stay on top than just to get there. It's for the posters that say Miles does nothing to keep LSU at a high level

Saban is making maintaining it look easy.

Really? What's he done? Backed into a NC with Saban's players? Lost 3 of his last 4 bowl games? Constantly been out coached by a large percent of his opponents. We have to rely more on our players to win us game than any team out there. Cause we sure as hell don't have the coaching to get us over Bama.

STFU. You are one of the biggest Miles apologists on this site. Granted Miles wins a lot of games, but he is turning into the biggest chocker in college football when it comes to big games - NC, Bama at home on Sat night, Bowl games etc...

You trying to defend Miles on a day when Saban and Bama won a 3rd NC in 4 years is pathetic. You know if not for some questionable game time decisions, play calling and off season development by Miles, it could have been LSU in the same position. Miles has been horribly conservative or ridiculous with his risk taking the past few years in big games.

Just like how Miles gets credit for winning 80% of his games, he deserves every bit of blame for LSU not winning more championships.

After watching Bama roll tonight and really throughout most of the season, I'm ok with how LSU did. LSU was not very good and was not as good as Bama and got the season it deserved. Bama winning in Baton Rouge was no fluke and if they played 10 times Bama wins 7 or 8.

Solely due to offense, naturally

And whose fault is it that LSU's offense has been putrid for 5 consecutive seasons (Perrilloux's dismissal not withstanding)?

I don't know. But it's the head coaches job to fix it and he's failed miserably in that respect

What's weird about Bama is they stumbled with most likely their best talent (2010) and repeated during a rebuilding year.

Bama just has that winning edge. It was apparent the final drive vs LSU. It will get you through 3 out of 4 tough games. I don't think we are there yet.

Bama has a coaching edge. Nothing more.

What game did you watch exactly?

Did you see the one where Miles called 4 unnecessary trick plays? Did you see the one where Miles called a TO before half and that helped Bama score a TD going into half? Did you see the one where the LSU D held Bama to 5 straight 3 and outs and Miles held the offense back and they scored 0 points? Did you see the one where Miles became a complete pussy when the game was really on the line?

I can go on, but I think you get the point. frick Bama and they didn't "deserve" shite in BR. They were handed that game from Miles.

LSU should have been playing the cream puff tonight.
