Getting pretty close to that time. Pretty pumped for these...

Buku: Not much of a Hip Hop fan but Kid Cudi and Kendrick Lamar is big. Excited for Passion Pit but how Primus fits I dunno. Best Coast Big Gigantic. Strong...

Hogs: Moving to two stages this year is the word. Line-Up release is January 18th. Hear they are expanding w some national/regional talent. Prob the best bang for buck. Especially given the food aspect.

FQF: Free. Not my fav. A bit crowded and can see all these bands any time but always one day worth going.

JF: Have a feeling its going to be a very strong line-up...

What say you?

I will probably be at all of them. Looking forward to festival season in nola! I have been to Hogs, FQF, and both weekends of Jazz fest the last 3 years.

Buku: Primus. I don't care how, when, or where. It will be awesome. Passion Pit & KL will also be really good. This line up is way better than last year.

What is Hogs?

Can't wait for Buku.

My request off from work for that weekend got denied, but too damn bad. $350 worth of tickets aren't going down the drain for a college job

ETA: I'll get murdered for this, but I'm really excited about Calvin Harris. (Besides Passion Pit.. which is the entire reason Jones bought me tickets)

Looking forward to Jazz Fest the most, as during Hogs tend to have hands to full to do much enjoying. FQF to crowded for me.

Just now learning about Buku.

Saw him at Vegas in a club. Was pretty good actually and I'm not really into that kind of music.

I would but the other half of this operation would kill me. I just handle the food and beverage side of things mainly. Aren't you on a team? Teams get the info about 2 hours before the press.

Out next Friday anyway. I'm pretty excited about the lineup got a good mix of local, regional, and national talent.

Thanks. We are excited to head into the new Festival Grounds at City Park. Changing locations each year has just about driven us mad, but we finally have found a permanent home.

Saturday basically stays the same. But Friday we have a dinner on site and a tailgate, party feel with the teams. We will have some live entertainment on one of the stages Friday night as well. Friday hours are 4-11. In the past, it has just been an informal rager with all the teams drinking beers and partying into the night. So we figured why not open that to the public?

Hey BlackenedOut, any hints on the music lineup? I see it's not up on the website yet.

Yea, Porkenheimer.

I cant wait that long. Drop the line-up! I think the Friday night Tailgate/Hogtail competition is going to be awesome. Someone told me "it's going to be a laser show" Dunno what that means exactly but sounds fun.

That dinner looks incredible.

Out next Friday. Embargoed til then. But here is a hint Someone who is from New Orleans but hasnt played New Orleans in a long time is playing. And it is not a Louis Armstrong hologram, although perhaps that is the laser show Pangloss is talking about.
