So I know this topic has been beat to death but I just saw that UGA QB Aaron Murray is staying for his senior year. How does a team that will probably finish with a top 5 ranking, a 12 win season, and a bowl win keep a QB who threw for almost 4000 yards and 36 TDs? It makes since for someone like him to enter the draft not 7 juniors on the same defensive unit that collectively could not stop what turned out to be the 2 most important drives of the season vs Bama and Clemson. Just wondering...

Most of them will get drafted higher than he would've.

Personal decison, depends on the individual and his circumstances.

College success doesn't always translate to NFl. NFL talented players will leave it its worth it. Otherwise, most stay in college to develop and/or earn degrees.

If I were on the defense I would leave to being that the defense is the only side that plays well from game to game. Besides special teams.

Eric Reid and Tharold Simon both have a small child.
Mingo and Montgomery are first round picks so you can't blame them.
Minter had an unbelievable season and made the smartest decision by leaving.
Will Jeremy Hill having the season he had, Ware realized it was time for some money.
Brad Wing.... oh well, its whatever. 2 failed drug test, i gave up on this kid.
Bennie Logan, imo, made a dumb decision by leaving. I think with one more year under his belt would have been the smartest decision.
