What is your go to marinade or seasoning for some grilled chicken breast?

Salt, lemon pepper.. I keep it simple
When I bake chicken breast I like to put lemon pepper on it and squeeze a lemon in the pan. I really like lemon chicken

I think as important as anything else, you want to pound it out a bit. You don't want a really thick breast because it gets dry too easily.
That being said, I like to use different rubs from dizzy pig bbq company
For spicy I like Jamaican Firewalk
A little less spicy Swamp Venom
For something mild I usually use the raging river

Pounding it out to make it a uniform thickness is a great tip. I usually dust them with seasoned flour, brown them in a pan, and finish them in the oven. If you want to be fancy, while the breasts are resting, sauté some shallots in the same pan, then deglaze with a little white wine, add a little chicken stock and lemon juice, then stir in a little butter and reduce it a bit to make a pretty tasty pan gravy.

I either pound it out or filet it to a uniform thickness

Lemon juice, Paul Prudhomme's poultry magic, a few shakes of LA Red Dot Hot, black pepper, and a little garlic powder

Italian dressing, kick'n chicken, and I like it spicier so I put a little hot sauce and cayenne too.

Pound um flat..
I like to experiment with new seasonings, marinades and sauces, both homemade and commercial.
Lately I been hooked on "Pic a Pepper spicy mango sauce as I finish off on the grill.
