Man, Game 5 was soul-sucking. Just can't talk about it. Though I've got nothing against the Rangers other than general rivalry stuff. Lundqvist is awesome and I'm a huge fan of Callahan. But that series? Fair play. Great series that we happened to be on the bottom of. But nothing but respect for the Rangers for it. Hard fought war against a worthy opponent. Hope to do it again, only have it end like it did two years ago.

I was just responding to a Bruins fan calling me out, out of the blue. Hey, I'm glad he cares what I think of his dirty as crap team.

Didn't realize that. I'm man enough to admit that I'm traumatized by 2 decades of consistently falling to the caps in the playoffs.

But don't talk to me about trauma until you have had Kelly Kisio or Bernie Nicholls nominated to be the leader of your team

Or Glenn Sather as your GM. Forever etched in my mind will be the quote "Wade Redden has the best outlet pass in the game."

For more Glen Sather trauma and a for a good laugh....
