spin off from the cz pics thread

a buddy of mine bought himself a cz side by side 12 ga and is having problems. the left side fires everytime its supposed to but the right side won't. he had it worked on by a gunsmith and everything was ok for a while but now its back to the same problem. it was bought new.
anyone have anything to offer?
