100% agree. Safety just isn't his natural position. He played the nickle spot very well his 1st two years here. I say move him back also.

Something's not right with Jenkins this year and I can't tell what it is.

He was good in that Nickle/Rover position his first year and did ok playing safety last year. This year was just bad. He's got the talent. I don't know if it's the "scheme" or if he just didn't try this year (I doubt it after some of his hustle plays) or what, but he just regressed terribly.

I just don't think he's being used correctly. That being said, IAQ played really well when he got a chance. Maybe Jenkins needs to be that TM7/Rover type player who plays different spots about 50% of the game.

Harper isnt going anywhere. I like Elam's game and I think he will be a good pro and would love to have him. There is not a chance we will get him. SS will be the last position in the secondary we will upgrade in the offseason. FS and CB will be focused on more than SS.

I think he'll be a good player too, but he plays in the box a lot. He plays the ball well in front of him but ranging back, he's no different than laron landry was at LSU
