Yeah it'll be a failure like 2010 when we fielded and entirely new defense. Minter is a stud and an impact player. The rest are easily replaceable.

We can relax, no problem, the offense will carry the day because they graduate clement, Lonegan, josh D and Shep while a few back up rb's may bolt. No worries.

You're crazy if you think the leadership, chemistry, talent and experience will all come together after losing this many on defense. Leadership and chemistry is the most underrated aspects of the game. Sure, we're talented but we're going to have literally no experience or very little in several positions now. How they play together is a big question mark. Our defense carries this team and I think it's realistic to lower expectations of a top 10 defense. It's not like we improved at the end of the year either but rather regressed.

Absolutely! Who will lead this team on the field, every day?

Everyone on the OP's list is gone except for Copeland and I heard he has a lot of work to do in the classroom in the spring and summer to say eligible.

I don't see any declaring early being disappointed unless they all expect to go in the first two rounds.
