Yeah, looking back on it, maybe I just hated Cell because of the crap he did in the Trunks future, moreso than what he actually did on the show, he was actually kind of an idiot in the timeline we saw.

Got a long list

The Joker (TDK and anytime Mark Hamill plays him)
Lex Luthor (just the comics and the series, none of the films yet)
Darth Vader (The Empire Strikes Back)
Hans Landa (Inglourious Basterds)
Ramsay Bolton (A Song of Ice and Fire)
Gollum (The Lord of the Rings, really underrated villain IMO)
Princess Azula (Avatar: The Last Airbender)
Annie Wilkes (Misery)
Anton Chigurh (No Country for Old Men)
Benjamin Linus (LOST)
Hal 9000 (2001)
Scar (The Lion King)
Captain Videl (Pan's Labyrinth)
Emperor Commodus (Gladiator)
Biff Tannen (Back to the Future)
Jack Torrence (The Shining)
Nurse Ratched (One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest)
Amon Goeth (Schindler's List)

Scar is a good one and I was on the fence about Nurse Ratched. Both for film and for literature.
