I have no doubt there will be competition in camp this year so who knows.
May the best leg win.

I hold my breath each time emo kicker comes up to kick...

Even when it's a 20-yard FG. Guy is incredibly inconsistent. If you can't hit 30-yard FGs 100% of the time in the NFL, you need to be cut. He sat out all of last year too. He sucks. It's time for a change. Thanks for the best kick in Saints history but you haven't done anything since then.

If he doesn't get drafted, I can see Payton signing him as an undrafted free agent to give Hartley some competition.

Hartley seems to be able to make clutch kicks more readily than he can make middle of the game kicks, which is a problem because the clutch kicks wouldn't be so clutch if he had made the middle of the game kicks in the first place.. LOL!

So do I......and in today's NFL where most kickers are incredibly accurate from within 40 yds, having a guy that is so inconsistent as Hartley is unacceptable.

Hartley at least makes XP's interesting. He plays this game where he tries to shank it into one of the posts from 15 yds out just to show how skilled he is.

Cairo still has a year in college though, so someone else can take the job for 1 year.

Yeah he tried out for the Jets. I think he said he made 17 or 18 out of 22. He signed on with an agent and will be working out in San Diego this summer. Few teams are interested and said his leg was compare to Sebastian Janikowski. We will see I guess
