If you support Miles

Then you support mediocrity. Yes the past years at lsu have been great but when you are positioned at the top you should be finishing at the top. If you don't then you should be upset and expect better and when better isn't achieved you adjust something. In lsu's case it's Miles. Saban, Spurrier their teams may get outplayed but they won't be out coached. At the end of the game you won't say "what was Saban thinking" or "Spurrier has no creativity." Yet every year, every season, Miles has multiple piss poor coaching outings. Obviously the Peach Bowl was a debacle and had many coaching issues but letting almost 15 seconds run off the clock after a sack and its 4th down in the second quarter and calling a timeout. REALLY? Basically you just set the other team up to throw a Hail Mary to end the half but in his mind he thought he was forcing them to punt. The man simply doesn't have the mindset to coach a NC team in the SEC. If we are ever fortunate enough to make it back to the NC it will be by way of getting help.

Yes....another Miles sucks thread. Flame me whatever but I actually feel better after posting this. Sort of self therapy. Too many good NFL coaches just got let go to not try and bring one in. If we stay will Miles then get use to 10 and 11 win seasons with very few bullshite bowl game appearances. And if you respond saying most colleges would love to be where we are with that performance then you support mediocrity.
