Always been a fan of sour cream on potatoes and fajitas. But now I have a big tub left over from some fajitas, what are some other favorites with sour cream?

You can make twiced baked potatoes with what's left that will come out pretty good if you mix it in with all the other ingrediants.

Mix in a tablespoon or two right before finishing up scrambled eggs. The coolness of the sour cream helps keep the eggs from overcooking and it makes them nice and creamy.

Make dip for chips or raw veggies. You can use your favorite spices & experiment, or get a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix or even some taco seasoning.

Second stuffed potatoes and they freeze well.

I like it in chili, horseradish sauce, enchiladas, tacos, nachos, borscht, sour cream coffee cake, sour cream biscuits, black bean soup, tortilla soup, with fruit, in dips....

I went to Russia a few months ago and had forgotten that they use sour cream about like we use ketchup. They were putting it on everything.

I actually enjoy plain sour cream with original Lay's. Try it, you may like it.

It is surprisingly awesome on cornbread dressing.

When you make scrambled eggs, put a little sour cream in with the eggs when you beat them. Do this instead of water/milk.
