A few days ago, in a thread about another series, someone suggested this show to me. I'm just coming back to give it my stamp of approval. Highly suggest this series to those who haven't seen it. The show is full of great dialogue, the only negative is that a few of the directions that the plot goes in was a bit obvious, but it wasn't enough to diminish the show. Hope this makes a few people check it out.

I watched the entire first season then kind of forgot about it. What season is it on now?

Sorry for the delayed response. the second season was completed in august. Also, it was renewed for a third a month later. Don't know exactly when that will be aired.

Glad you liked it. I don't remember seeing it mentioned here before my post a few days ago. I've been watching it since it first came on, and I'd put it up there with Shameless, Homeland, and The Borgias for the Showtime series I've enjoyed most over the last 3-4 years. Oh, and Nurse Jackie gets an honorable mention for last season, as it really stepped up its game. I still watch Dexter and Californication, but they have dropped off in quality a lot, and Weeds evolved into one of the worst shows that has ever been on TV, which is where House Of Lies started and I would guess has remained. I never got into the show about Laura Linney with cancer; I didn't think it was bad or anything, I just lost interest after a few episodes. I saw about 10 minutes of Web Therapy and wanted to strangle Lisa Kudrow the entire time. That's all I can think of right now.

Wow man, that almost sounds like a full-time job keeping up with all of those shows. I'm a binge watcher, I love getting 2-3 seasons of a good show and just killing a weekend, immersing myself in it. I'm gonna have to drop by this board more often.
