Nearly everybody is frustrated, but who is actually accountable?

People blame the QB, the OL and the OC, but at the same time acknowldege that Les calls the plays.
You can blame Les, but he just got a vote of confidence, wiht a contract extension.
Who is resposnsible for requiring accountablility for consecutive seasons of offenseive ineptitude, underachievement and clock mismanagement?
That person, folks is Joe Alleva.
Knocxk yourself out finding others to blame, but Alleva couldn't even wait until after the season to give Les his extension.
Adminsitrative malpractice.
