I don't think you can measure fandom by it exclusively...but I will say the fans who don't go often and Spend as much time and Money going to game shouldn't really point out if booing or jeering is wrong or right during a long season. It really can grind on you. But I've seen the no reason to boo anyone or whatever comments. I use to think that way until my first full year frustration can grind on ya.

Last night I know season 1 ticket guy that booed Gordon late in game for bad forces. I didn't but didn't see a problem with it

If you are coming from BR, there are better ways around traffic then straight up 10.

Exit david dr from i10, go down to Earhart Bd take it into to city.

Or exit Williams, clearview, causeway etc and ride airline to Tulane into the city

Either way never take i10 to poydras. At the least, get off at Carrolton/airline and take Tulane to S.galvez

This guy I sat near yesterday was ragging on Jason Smith the whole time. shite was pissing me off.

"Jason you are so fricking terrible"
"Get off the fricking floor fourteen!"
"Box out you stupid frick!"-when Zaza was clearly all over his back and the refs decide to swallow their whistles

Not sure if bandwagon or just a-hole

Weird. I don't know any normal fan that hates Smith. Most like the hustle, plays through injury, and when healthy good spot shooter.

Some games he struggles but never hate him lol

I'm quite familiar with Earhart, but I just always assume the traffic will be tough on David/Hickory. I guess I should just try it some time. I dated a girl for a long time that lived in those apartments by the end of Earhart, and I often found it faster to take Williams to Airline to Hickory.

That said, Earhart is like an ace in the hole for Mardi Gras.

Yes but apparently bumping old threads about it is frowned upon on this place and people would rather me start new ones

A couple of observations from my new pimp phone.

First, GrandeBeli you're a troll. Blow me

And Jester, I like you but don't piss me off, Holmes.

And, seriously, wtf are people talking about when they say its hard to get to the Arena? I had season tickets for the Clippers when I lived in L.A., including the first year they ever went to the playoffs. Driving downtown and parking took a little time and effort. Gimme a break. Going to Tiger Stadium or the PMac is more difficult than going to watch the Hornets.

That said, I'm not sure I would make a B.R. to N.O. on a regular basis. That's asking a lot. I wouldn't expect people to make every game.

Anyway, winning will be the cure.

or the PMac

There is no way this is true. You can park in a lot accross from the PMAC (for free), walk right in, drive off campus in less than 5 minutes. I've spent 20+ minutes in the parking structure after a Hornets game before. It has gotten alot better, but the commute can be a pain in the arse.

I wonder how many people that come to Hornets games are coming from out of town (BR, Laffy, Northshore, Miss.). I'd be willing to be its pretty close to half. Especially since a lot of the tickets are corporate groups and they give them out to clients/friends (that's how I usually get my tickets).

Why people pay to park in a structure so they can be passed by people walking to their free spots 2m away on the way out is insane to same.

Same for eating at the Arena on a regular basis.

I'm sorry. When I was in law school LSU basketball was relevant.

Trust me on this one thing. Park on the street a few blocks away. At most it's a 10 minute walk and you can leave really easy. And you won't get shot, promise.

I got a 15 dollar credit on my tickets. Pays for a chicken pasta thing and a pepsi. Or throw up a few extra bucks for a beer.
