if everyone else who agrees with me will put up $5.00 toward a billboard on Airline / I-10 / I-12 or wherever that simply says..."HIRE AN OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR PLEASE!!!"

I can live with losses....everyone does. It's impossible to stomach, however, when you know what the problem is and the guy making 4 Million per year doesn't seem to.
