This team slept walked thru the rest of the season. I was there vs. Ole Piss. Mingo and Big Sam come running out with whoever for Senior recognition. I remember sitting there thinking ...well i guess they are gone. Funny that they have already decided there out. I feel like a lot of players mentally checked out.

Eric Reid is a stud who did not play well especially after bama. It also doesn't help players keep focus when guys like Randle, who left early, are tweeting negative comments about our coaches.

Boy do we miss Ron Cooper. Without him 3rd and Chavis becomes 4th and 16. (Which i felt pretty much summed up our season after the bama game.)
Also can someone find Coach Stud a job some where else. Im sure his bbq ribs are awesome but as a coach he is dead weight
.
Shep...its hard to blame him when you can see he had talent but could never get any amount of touches. His lack of use and Randles comments will be used against LSU in Recruiting and it will have an affect. (Im pretty sure other past players also had negative things to say.)

Alleva is less than desirable AD. IMO When it comes to a winning football games mentality he's trying to figure out how he can squeeze more money out of the fans.

And don't give me Miles is a dope BS. For any shortcomings he may have......he and his agent managed to get a raise and extension from LSU at a juncture in time when he shouldn't have.
Thats saying something.

I don't think there will be any changes this off season. Miles is firmly in control. You fooling yourself if you think the Goal at LSU is to win championships any longer. Its try to beat bama and hope to win a meaningless bowl game from here on out. I also look for recruiting to slack....we'll see.

The NegaTigers are out in full force today.

Not a peep from them after going 13-0 just one short year ago, but NOW, during a rebuilding season, WOW.

The loyalty and confidence in LSU football shown by some of our fans is infuriating sometimes.

Hope you are right but i think you are just burying your head. Sooner or later losing will catch up to him.

As a Ragin Cajuns alum., and neutral party, Les needs to become the "Mad Hatter" again.....He has lost his backbone......

Not once before last night have i heard anyone refer to this season as "Rebuilding". I heard plenty of talk about Miami though.

I posted a very reasonable thread stating this shortly after that game, predicting another loss, maybe two, with our bowl game being the best opportunity for a let down. I got hammered and it got whacked. I would bump it but it was deleted.

I can see how predicting that would be less than desirable around here BUT hindsight is 20/20. There is no denying it really.

This is, more or less, true.

Agree to some extent that is what happens when you have national championship as a goal and it is gone.

ISWYDT

Also, many LSU fans are just tired and fed up with the product regardless of the wins. Like it or not its the truth.
