If Andy Reid were to get the Kansas city, Cleveland or buffalo job he could make norv his oc and lovie his dc. I think a combo of those 3 could make a quick turnaround.

while norvel will surely be taking an OC gig next, i think lovie will get rehired as a head coach. if not this year, maybe after a 1 year sabbatical
