hard to do without a coach, Lovie will be gone by the time SP gets back.

Good idea.
Can't wait to see lovie play FS,DE,DT and OLB all at the same time.
Should be fun to watch.

Is he bringing Urlacher, Briggs, Peppers & Tillman with him because there is no way he duplicates what he did with the Bears with this personnel. A change at DC at this point in time would probably net similar results for the defense in '13 as we saw in '12.

The defense doesn't have to get better as much as it has to get opportunistic.

The Bears defense has scored approximately 9627 touchdowns during Lovie's tenure.

Dumb, give Spags another year... he will have this defense right where they need to be. We've already seen improvement. Our D isn't what lost us the San Fran, Atlanta, and Giants games. It was Drew falling flat on his face when we needed him most.

*This isn't a bash Drew comment, just more of an observation. I love Brees, and it's pretty obvious that he needs CSP with him, to really be at the top of his game. Which just fine, every great QB will always need coaching at some point.

He'll be a HC somewhere. I'm betting on Buffalo.

One day I hope to be a message board bully like you. Your personal life must be pathetic that you feel the need to belittle anybody who isn't a "chosen"poster, you ignorant dickhead.

Yes, let's just oust Spags after one of the most controversial years in NFL history. I'm sure bringing in a completely new DC with a new system will wield even better results.

Just stop.

I just don't see Lovie wanting to be a coordinator. I'll give Spags one more year. Maybe I'm to optimistic but I think he can change it around. Can't get any worse right?

Totally. Firing spags and bringing in Lovie Smith is a great idea. Spags deserves no leeway and no years to work or Draft. I mean this was a totally normal season and the offense played perfectly lights out every game. Nof only is a great idea, but but totally possible.

Who's Def did he run b4 he became a DC? I know they had to be good to become a HC, but I'd never heard of him until he became a head coach.

You know how I know you don't know anything about football?

Btw, you are thinking about Marvin Lewis, the Bengals Head Coach. Lovie was DC of the Rams before getting the Head Coaching job with Chicago.

I think Madden has turned a generation of fans into thinking building an organization and football itself really works like that
