I agree, but it looks like a 2 seat version and he is a back seater maybe?

I don't believe the F-16 has a two seat version. I could be wrong. I'd guess its a F-18 or F-15

They do have a few 2 seat versions. Look at the wing tips, not a F-15. That was my original thought but after looking at it I changed my mind.
