Well if you have an engine problem post it here I guess.

Head gasket sealers. Worth a frick or should I just get you to fix it for me?

It's getting worse now and is slightly smoking

Sounds like your flux capacitor is going out.

Or maybe the muffler bearings.

Since this is up. Literally on way back from getting a detail because I am trading it in and getting a new truck today something has fricked up. Was taking a right on my street and wham, a really loud knock, I thought the transmission dropped out of the bitch. Got out and looked, nothing leaking, nothing visible wrong. However it is vibrating bad. I am incredibly pissed and nervous right now. I am about to go drive it around the block and see what it does.

Sounds like you need a new ride. How old is your truck?

Yea something it diff fricked, but it in reverse, backed up 5ft then wham does it again. Took it around the block, starts to vibrate and wobble when I get up to 15-20. FML. Sounds like its right where the drive train and transmission meet, universal?

Yea thats what I am asking as well, that is my guess but I am no where near a mechanic. I dont even know what to do right now. I was literally heading to the dealership as soon as my insurance guy calls me.

Universal joint. Not a big fix as long as you don't drive it that way.

Crawl under your truck and look at where the driveshaft connects to the transmission. The part that connects the two looks like this Universal joint It has little bearings under those caps and it can go bad and cause a clunking sound. Easy fix if that is all it is.

After conferring with my uncle I think it is the Ujoint. He says it is not a bad change. Only thing is I am going to have to do it right now. Anyone have any experience with them?

Yes they arent an expensive fix by no means but if you have never done it before and dont have any mechanical skills then it is going to be a pain in the arse. You may want to take it to a shop.
