Not really true....same way nix (and everyone front office ) got hires...Ralph didn't know any other candidates....basically no young coach had a shot last time. Ralph is reason buffalo won't leave hut man he puts US in a rut at same time. It's always a ffriend hire all around it seems

Chans exit speech. He's not bad offensive mind just as a HC way too conservative and his decisions alone cost the bills some crucial games this year. Seemed pretty emotional at end and pretty class to say that was first place that fired him that he will continue to root for.
