Just seeing if any Aub's will defend Chizit.

quote:

Do we need to compare the arrest record of Meyer and Chizik and then have a discussion on who ran the more disciplined program? The media gave Meyer a pass because he won but Gainsville was a mess during and after his tenure

What was the arrest/year average for Urban vs Chizit? What was the Felony arrest/year for Urban vs Chizit? How many of Urban's signees got killed within three years of signing with Florida vs Chizit's signees at AU? So you think Chizit is in the same coaching class as Urban based off of how many players got arrested? Sorry it's about wins a losses when deciding if someone is a bad coach or a great one. Cam is a good QB know doubt, but can he play for a perform as good under a good coach? We may never know, but RG3 can play for a bad coach (Briles because if he was good he would be at AU or Arky) and a good coach (Shanahan). One more question did Urban ever win the coveted Fulmer Cup?

So you went there? And I'm sure you wouldn't understand why this was inappropriate even if I explained it on an elementary level.

You argument is dumb at best and your attempts to support it make you appear to be a douchebag with no real knowledge of sports aside from what you see on the ESPN ticker

Cam is not a throwing QB.

Troof. He has only thrown for more yards in his first two seasons than any qb in NFL history though.

The Cam bashing was at it's absolute worst around the middle of the season when Carolina was 3-9 or some shite. Did you see how they finished up? Kinda seems like the team rallied around him, no?

I guess that since Carolina beat the Saints at N.O., then Cam is better than Brees? He also has a worse receiving corps by far. I'm not saying this is true, but let's give him a few more years and a great receiver and see how he does. Let's also see how RG does after D coordinators have a whole offseason to game plan for him.

The Redskins will be interesting the next few years. Cowherd made some good points today about how RG3 is mostly just asked to throw short and bubble screens while running a read option. He stated RG3 did not complete a pass 5 yards beyond the LOS in his first game (dunno if that is accurate though).

Then he went on to discuss the Redskins future. They really did mortgage a lot to get RG3 and will have trouble even keeping pace with the rest of the NFL over the next few years with no first round draft picks and picking later in the rounds they do have picks for this year.

I think the Panthers will be a better team over the next few years than the Redskins and Cam will finally start to benefit from better talent around him. The Panthers will go Oline with their first pick this year and should be able to get a good one (drafting around #15). Then a WR in the second round and this year's draft is loaded with plenty of WR talent. Good chance the Panthers are as good or better than the Skins next year, and it may continue for a few years.

They both are different.

If you're going off *potential*

Cam is potentially a more mobile Big Ben...

RG3 is potentially a more mobile Aaron Rodgers

If they live up to it...You cant go wrong with either.

Answer my questions. You wanted to compare police records.

How in the world did you get to that from me saying Carolina finished strong?

Honestly, HOW did you get there, that makes zero sense whatsoever LOL.

Griffin is more accurate and a better decision maker.

Cam is probably a more dangerous runner, because he's still never missed a game, and can serve as a GL back.

Griffin is better, but Cam is still very good.

I wouldn't. I don't think Cam will ever be consistently good. I think RG3 will be something special.

Cam already is consistently good he just completed arguably the best first two years for a QB ever. RGIII is as well but his ability to stay healthy is a major concern. Cam is a freak of nature in that regard.

According to the Auburn Panther fans on the Help board, everyone is required I pray a Novena every time Cam goes down because his ankle hurts.

I mean if not for Kirk Cousins RGIII might not even be in the playoffs. The Panthers would be the Chiefs if Cam went down.
