As long as Jerry refuses to relinquish the reigns to a real GM, this is whats gonna happen. Real GMs have the foresight and vision that's required to put a team together. Jerry just decides to go and throw money and a shiny new toy every now and then.

It starts and ends with Jerry. Period. He refuses to believe it and he has surrounded himself with "yes men" and Dallas will never get back over the hump so long as Jerry breathes as GM.
