Going to Sullivan's tomorrow night. Any recommendations?

Also, someone told me there's a dress code. We are going to a couple of parties after and planned on wearing jeans. Is this going to be fine there or will we need to "dress up" to eat and dress down for the parties?

Jeans and a button down will suffice

ETA: maybe a sport coat if you have one

Word of advice.
It's never a bad thing or inappropriate thing to e the best dressed person somewhere.... Anywhere.

I was just going with a button down and jeans and her in a sequined top with jeans. My sports coat has seen better days, haha.

These little get togethers afterward are with close friends and are really, really casual. We'd probably be the best dressed already with what we had planned. I'm beginning to second guess myself.

Sequins and Sullivan's. It'll fit.

Stone Crabs.

Get them while you can.

Also, Sullivan's serves one of the best filets in town.

Thanks, guys! And I just noticed on their site they have a prix fixe menu tomorrow. So I'm guessing my only choices are the things on that menu.

LINK

I'll admit. I'm an amateur at fine dining. The amount of times my restaurant tab has exceeded $100 can be counted on two hands, haha.

I went last night and wore my nice jeans, button down shirt w/ a sweater. It was appropriate for my age (25).

A lot of folks came business casual dress.

I had the porterhouse...it was alright, but overpriced for the quality.

If you're set on Sullivan's order something other than steak. They don't know how to cook those. Ruth's FTW.

I was coming here to tell you it is a fixed menu tomorrow night, $80 a person (that's why I picked Ruth Chris)

I didn't look at menu you posted but if they have the lobster bisque, get it (unbelievable!!!)

Jeans are fine for Sullivan's (and nearly any place in BR).
