Do you boil them or put in pressure cooker before frying??

According to kephart you parboil them and then fry them. I didnt get any this year so i didnt get to try this out though.

im gonna brown em up a bit, then put em in a crock pot for 6 hours in a gumbo.

Simple rule to go by with squirrel and coon: fry the young, gravy the old.

Cast iron skillet. Fry them, then slow cook them in gravy.

Dang! Its been a yr since i ate some and u got me wanting some! I normally make 1 or 2 hunts a yr after deer season just because i dont like to squirrel hunt during deer season in my land! But i love some tree rat hunting, and eatn!
