Not at home but you can edit from that site. Just make sure the longest side is no bigger than 150 pixels.

Its showing up now that I used that link. Does that mean that its the right size or am I pissing off Chicken because my avi is too big?

It will show up even of It's not the right size. They'll eventually tell you to resize so I'd just do it now.
