Recently got a pound of Simcoe hops and want to do a Pale Ale and then an IPA. Does anybody have a good American Pale Ale Recipe that I can use Simcoe with?

lol. I've been doing a 1.58-1.060 pale ale with an oz of simcoe for bittering an ounce of cascade at 15 and some homegrown chinook at flameout.

use a pound of crystal 40

Sounds like a plan. Would I use 9 pounds of 2 row? I've been getting about 82% efficiency.
